1 Box Bow Tie Pasta
3 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 Yellow Pepper
2 Green Peppers
1 Red Pepper
1 Bag Spinach (washed, broken)
Candied Almonds

Dressing:
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 Cup Soy sauce
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
3 TLB. Sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
~ Blend all ingredients for dressing and pour over salad ~

Cook Chicken breasts sprinkled with lemon pepper at 375 for 34-40 min. Cut up veggies. Toss all ingredients together and mix with dressing. Serve warm or cold.
