mix: 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. cornstarch


8-10 chicken tenders
2 eggs
olive oil

sauce:
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
dip chicken in 2 beaten eggs, then cornstarch mixture and fry in olive oil to for crust. Put in flat pan and pour sauce over the top.

Bake @ 350º for 1 hour

If you like a little extra sauce to put with rice, double the sauce recipe.
