1 C sour cream or buttermilk
1/3 C milk
3 T butter, melted
2 1/2 C all-purpose flour
1 T sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 C Parmesan cheese, grated
1 T minced onion
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 egg white, slightly beaten
Additional Parmesan cheese & Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 350º-F. In small bowl, combine sour cream, milk & butter; set aside. In large bowl, combine next 7 ingredients. Stir in sour cream mixture until moistened. Place dough onto lightly floured surface; knead until smooth, about 1-min. Divide dough into two round loaves. Place loaves on greased cookie sheet. Brush tops of loaves with egg white; sprinkle with additional Parmesan & Italian seasoning. Cut an X about 1/2-in. through top of each loaf.
Bake 30-35 min. or until golden brown.
