1 med. yellow onion
2 cloves fresh garlic
11/2 lbs. ground chuck
4 oz. cream cheese
2. T. tomato paste
2 T. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4-8 drops of hot sauce
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. parsley
1 bag large Frito Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion add the garlic. Add the ground chuck and simmer till cooked. Add the tomato paste, catsup, Worcestershire sauce , hot sauce,
cumin and parsley Remove from the heat and add the softened cream cheese. Make sure it has a creamy texture. May need to add salt and pepper,
and hot sauce. Serve hot with Fritos.
