3/4 head shredded Napa cabbage
6-8 green onions

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. crushed ramen noodles

Sauce:
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar

1 tsp. soy sauce
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Shred cabbage, cut green onions and set aside in a bowl.
2) In a saucepan, stir butter, almonds, sesame seeds and ramen noodles together on low. Heat until brown. When cooled down, pour over salad.
3) For sauce: mix oil, sugar and red wine vinegar and pour over salad and mix.
4) Mix together soy sauce, salt and pepper and put on salad at last minute.
