1 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 pinch salt
1 c. butter or margarine
3 squares of unsweetened chocolate
1 t.. vanilla
3 eggs
3 T. sour cream or plain yogurt
12 oz. bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Mix flour, sugar and salt together; set aside. Melt butter with chocolate chips; add to flour mixture and stir. Beat eggs until foamy. Stir eggs, vanilla, sour cream and chocolate chips into batter. Pour into a 9 X 13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake for 30 minutes. Time carefully, do not over bake. Toothpick test is unreliable. Cool and cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
