1 oz. light rum
2 oz. pineapple juice
6 oz. pina colada mix (coconut cream and pineapple juice)
1 oz. strawberry puree
1 small chunk pineapple for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Blend rum, pineapple juice and pina cola mix with one cup of ice. Next take a glass and coat the inside with strawberry puree. Pour in the colada blend. Finally, use a spoon to drag the strawberry puree up through the colada drink, creating a pink stripe. Garnish with pineapple chunk and serve.

I drank this drink for the first time in Hawaii and really enjoyed it and have served it to family and friends since. It's always good in the middle of winter when you want to think about being on the beach. Thanks Julie and Gary.
