Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Crisco (1 stick)
Cream together
Add:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix Well
Add:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
MIX
Add: 3 cups of OLD FASHIONED oats
1-1/2 cups of chocolate chips or chunks (I like chunks) or nuts if you would like

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 mins. Depends on your oven. I do 11 mins and when I take them out they look really doughy, but after you let them sit they end up just right :-)
Roll into med sized balls on a greased cookie sheet.
