1 ½ cups yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 T baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup minced onions
½ cup corn oil
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup cream style yellow corn
1 cup longhorn cheese
4-6 Jalapeños’s chopped (about 3 to 4 T)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
I place an iron skillet in the heated oven for a few minutes and when really hot I pour the mixed ingredients in the skillet.
Bale at 350º about 45 minutes. Until brown on top.
