2 lb ground chuck
3 hard boiled eggs
6 raw eggs
1 1/2 bags unseasoned toasted bread cubes
1/2 cup grated locatelli cheese
16 oz shredded mozzarella
1 lb mushrooms sliced and fried
1 stick butter
3 cups chicken or turkey broth
salt
pepper
parsley
garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat. in large pot. Drain fat.
Fry mushrooms in butter. Add to meat
Add chopped hard boiled eggs bread cubes cheeses, raw eggs and broth. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and garlic.
Mix well.
Stuff in turkey or cook separately dotted with butter.

We don't really know were thi recipe came from. Aunt Rita remembers a sausage stuffing from their childhood. This may be an adapted version of Mrs. Masceri's recipe or Grandmom DiGregorio.
