1 can of Rotel Tomatoes

Cut cheese into cubes and pour Rotel tomatoes over the cheese and melt at increments of 45 seconds in microwave until completely blended. Serve with corn chips of any kind.

This was one of our favorite recipes growing up in Hot Springs. The first time I made it was in Home Economics and everyone in class kept sneaking bites while our Home Ec teacher was lecturing.
