2 cups precooked rice
1 pound ground chuck
6 large green bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1, 12 oz can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut center core out of bell peppers.

In a separate bowl, mix meat, rice, salt pepper and onion together. Stuff each bell pepper with meat mixture. Place stuffed peppers in a roasting pan close together. Add 1/2 inch water to roasting pan. Cover peppers with tomato sauce. Cover pan and cook in a 350 degree preheated oven for one hour.
