4-6 zucchini sliced thinly on mandoline (to resemble
papparadelle pasta)
3 cloves minced garlic
hot red pepper flakes
2 lb cleaned and deveined shrimp
1/3 cup olive oil
salt
basil leaves cut in thin strips (chiffonade)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute zucchini ribbons and garlic in olive oil until soft and slightly browned.
Add hot pepper and shrimp and salt.
Saute until shrimp are cooked (about 5 minutes)
Stir in basil leaves and serve.
