4 tilapia fillets
8 heaping tbsp grated locatelli or parmesan cheese
1 tsp granulated garlic
2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1tbsp white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, garlic and parsley and set aside.
Heat large saute pan and add olive oil, butter, wine, lemon juice.
Saute fillets 2-3 minutes per side.
Sprinkle cheese mixture on fillets and saute another minute on each side to form crust.

This recipe came from the supermarket fish department. Parsley, garlic and cheese, just like all of our recipes. How could it be bad! It was the only way I could get the kids to eat fish when they were little.
