one to two lb. top round steak
2 cups of flour
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 beaten eggs.
3/4 cups of milk
canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
On a large cutting board, pound meat with a meat tenderizer on both sides until tender.
Cut into strips or squares as desired

In one mixing container add dry ingredients together
In a separate container add milk to beaten eggs

Heat canola oil in a deep frying skillet on medium high

dip each piece of meat in dry mixture, then into wet mixture back into dry mixture making sure that both sides or coated evenly.

Fry in skillet making sure that no pieces touch each while frying. Remove pieces when nicely browned and keep in a warm oven until ready to serve.

Serve with southern style gravy and mashed potatoes.
