2 Loafs whole wheat bread
1 large dish of prepared cornbread, home made
2 stocks of celery hearts
one medium onion, chopped
3 eggs
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 or 3 tablespoons poultry seasoning
2 sticks of real butter, softened
2 to 4 cups, boiling hot water
one can Swanson's chicken broth

In an extra large mixing bowl add torn pieces of bread and cornbread. chop the centers of the celery stalks, the onion and add to bread mixture. Add dry ingredients. thoroughly mix ingredients. Add three raw eggs, and mix again. Cut butter into chunks and place on top of mixture. Add hot water 1 cup at a time while mixing until consistency is that of bread pudding. Add chicken broth, optional

Suggested to stuff a 20 to 25 pound turkey. Additional unstuffed dressing, place in a roasting pan and cook at 350 degrees for one hour or until crust is nicely browned
