1 pakage of egg noodles
1 to 2 pounds of ground beef, depending on the size crowd to feed
1 can of creamy mushroom soup
1 can of tomato soup
1/4 chopped onion
2 cups grated colby or mild cheddar cheese
1 to 2 cans of green beans, which ever kind you prefer
salt and pepper to taste

In one large pot, boil noodles, to barely tender, drain and set aside.

In a seperate, large pot, brown ground beef, with chopped onion until done. Drain off excess fat, and return to pot. Add creamy mushroom and tomato soup with equal amounts of hot water. Mix well. Add green beans, and salt and pepper, and mix well. Add grated cheese. Stir in noodles and mix, return to medium heat until noodles are tender, and water is absorbed.

Water may be added as necessary
