2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
3 Tbs. corn syrup
1 Tbs. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan add everything except the baking soda, combine with a whisk. When the mixture comes to a boil add baking soda. Be careful, the baking soda has a tendency to make the pan overflow so add slowly (you may have to take the pan off the burner). Pour over pancakes or waffles and enjoy!
