2 c sugar
2 c water
6 level T cornstarch
1 sm pkg peach Jello
2 pie crust, deep-dish
3 med fresh peaches, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Make glaze - mix sugar, water and cornstarch; bring to boil. Boil until bubbly thick, take off heat, add Jello. Stir until dissolved. Cool. Brown pie crusts. Add peaches to glaze mix Pour into pie crusts. Chill.

Freezes well. May use other fruit - change flavor of Jello with fruit.
