2 cups crumbled feta cheese
4 eggs beaten
3 tbsp butter melted
1 cup chopped onion
2 tsp dill weed or oregano
2 cups cottage cheese
2 tbsp flour

900 grams frozen spinach

1 lb package of filo dough defrosted
1/2 cup melted butter
sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until soft. Mix together with rest of ingredients. Drain spinach and squeeze through sieve to get rid of excess water. Add to rest of mixture.

Spread 1 tbsp of melted butter on bottom of a 9X13 pan. I use a small paint brush or pastry brush. Place 1 filo leaf in the pan and brushwith butter. Continue to stack layers one on top of another and brushing with butter until you have 8 or 10 layers. Then pour in the filling spreading it evenly in the pan. Continue with another stack of 10 layers ending with butter. Sprinke to the top layer with dill weed and sesame seeds. Slice into serving portions before baking. Bake at 375º for about one hour.
