Spice mix

1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp white pepper
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano

Dressing

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Chicken breasts
Romaine Lettuce

Chicken

Mix spices together and put into plastic bag. Coat 1 chicken breast at a time and place in shallow pan. Bake at 350º until done 45-50 minutes depending on size of chicken. Cool and slice or dice.

Dressing

Mix all of ingredients by hand or in blender.

Chop lettuce into bite sized pieces or buy prewashed and chopped.
