1 pound peeled and cooked shrimp
1 box instant brown rice cooked
1 tbs olive oil
1 package frozen vegetables (I use Japanese teriyaki veggies)
pinch of salt
Morton's Natures seasonings

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute shrimp in olive oil . Add salt and seasoning
2. when shrimp is ready add frozen veggies to skillet and cover
3. cook until veggies are tender
4. you may add extra teriyaki sauce if desired
5. serve shrimp and veggies over rice
