8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped (at least 61% cacao)
1/2 c. heavy cream'1 T. Grand Marnier
1/4 tsp. salt
Unsweetened cocoa powder, for rolling the truffles in

Directions:
Directions:
Put chocolate in a bowl. Bring cream, Grand Marnier, and salt to a simmer in a small pan. Pour over chocolate in bowl, whisk until smooth. Pour mixture into an 8 inch baking dish and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Use a tablespoon to make 1 inch balls, then roll in cocoa powder until coated.

Store in refrigerator for up to three days.
