2 tsp yeast
Pinch of sugar or honey

1 c warm water
2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
In large bowl, mix yeast, water, sugar, oil, salt and 1/2 c flour. Whisk hard until smooth. Add remaining flour, 1/2 c at a time, until a soft sticky dough is formed that just clears the side of the bowl. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead. Place in a greased bowl cover and let rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hour. Cut off a small amount of dough and roll into a long stick. Sprinkle some cheese beside stick and roll a few times until the cheese sticks. Place on cookie sheet. Let rise for 20 to 30 min. Bake at 375º for approximately 12 min.
