4 cups dry curd cottage cheese
Yolks of 6 large hard-boiled eggs
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2-3 tsps vanilla (to taste) OR
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Press cottage cheese and hard-boiled egg yolks through a sieve or use a food processor. Add butter, sugar, rind and juice and blend together. Serve with Paska (Easter Bread).
