2 T butter
2 1/2 T flour
1 cup milk
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. chili powder
1 t. cumin powder
1 lb. Velveeta, cut into 1" chunks
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes & chilies
1 small can chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add flour. Stir constantly until thick and bubbly. Stir in milk. Continue stirring constantly until the mixture begins to thicken. Add in garlic, chili, and cumin powders. Stir to combine. Add in Rotel and green chilies. Add Velveeta. Stir occasionally until Velveeta is completely melted.
