Cut up chicken
salt

lawry seasoning
flour
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken and sprinkle with salt and let sit about an hour. Mix flour, salt, pepper and lawry seasoning together and coat chicken. Brown chicken in oil. Put into a pan, sprinkle with alittle more seasoning and pour some melted butter over each piece. Bake at 350º for an hour or more. Take chicken and put it on a baking sheet and put back in the oven to keep hot. Add some water to the drippings in the pan and thicken to make your gravy.

This is Robyn's favorite of Mom's meals ~ served with mashed potatoes, gravy, and frozen sweet corn. I have made it several times for my family, but it just never tastes as good as when Mom makes it :).
