4-5 lb. pork shoulder roast (no bones)
2 pkgs. of McCormick's Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Mix
1 c. ketchup
1 c. dark brown sugar
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1 lg. onion, peeled and diced
1 T. crushed red pepper
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut extra fat from roast and place in a crock pot. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour over pork roast. Cook in crock pot on high for about 6 hours. It is done when the meat fall of the bone. Place pork in a bowl and shred by using two fork, take out any extra fatty pieces. Add sauce from the crock pot to the pork in the bowl. Serve on a nice roll.
