2 8oz. packs cream cheese (softened)
16 oz. sour cream
1 8oz. Cool Whip
1 T. vanilla
12 oz. bag white chocolate chip
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1lb. 2oz. pkg. of Oreo cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the cookies up with a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass. Save about a cup or so for the top. Sprinkle the cookie crumbs into a 9x13 in pan. Pour melted butter over the top of crumbs, mix quickly with your hands and pat lightly on bottom. Bake at 350º for about 8-10 minutes. While that is cooling beat together cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla until smooth. Melt white chocolate chips. Pour into mixture and mix a little more. Stir in Cool Whip and spread into pan over the cooled crust. Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs on top.

I left a few cookie pieces large for the top along with the crumbs.
I also melt the chocolate in a sandwich baggie in the microwave for about a minute, squeeze the baggie and return to microwave for 30 more seconds until it is all meltd.
