3/4 lb ground pork
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 cups bok choy finely chopped
1 cup fresh mushrooms chopped
1/2 cup green onions chopped
1/2 cup water chestnuts chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp corn startch
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
12 egg roll skins

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry pork and garlic in 1 Tbsp oil. Drain off fat. Add vegetables and cook 2- 3 minutes. Mix soy sauce, corn startch, sugar and salt. Stir into pork mixture. Cook and stir til thickened. Cool. Put into skins. Fry eggrolls in deep hot fat for 2 - 3 minutes or till golden. Drain and place on paper towels.
