2 Jars of your favorite marinara sauce
1/2 pound ground turkey (or ground beef)
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cottage cheese
3 carrots grated
1 full bag of extra wide egg noodles
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated, set aside

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Boil noodles in large pot until cooked through
Meanwhile, brown ground turkey until cooked
Add sauce to the turkey and cook until hot (like your making spaghetti sauce) add carrots into sauce mix (sneak veggies in for the kids)
In a medium size bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until blended, set mix aside
In a casserole dish, put sauce down in pan, enough to cover the bottom to prevent the noodles from sticking
Place 1/3 of the noodles down over sauce
Spoon 1/3 of the cheese/ cream mix in dollops over the noodles
Cover with a layer of sauce over the cheese mix, repeat for 2-3 layers until noodles are gone. I usually “eye” it in 3 parts to have equal amounts. (noodles, cheese, sauce)
For the last layer, place noodles on cheese mix, cover with remaining sauce
Sprinkle with the grated cheddar cheese
Bake un-covered for 35-40 minutes until hot
