12 oz Rigatoni pasta
1 pound Italian Sausage
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic or 2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 large jar pasta sauce
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain pasta according to the package directions. Cook sausage until browned in a large skillet over medium heat , stir frequently, breaking up sausage until small pieces. Drain Fat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until tender, add pasta sauce, Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine rigatoni, cooked sausage and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking pan.

Cover and bake 35 minutes, then uncover top with remaining cheese and cook and an additional 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
