6 Chicken thighs, skinless (or breasts or legs)
1 packet Goya "Sazon" seasoning
1 medium onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
Adobo seasoning or similar type
1 can of beer, any brand
1 cube of chicken flavor bullion

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker/crock pot.

Stir together and then cover and cook on regular heat setting for several hours/all day until chicken is tender and falling off the bone.

Serve with white rice, black beans and Platanos Maduros
