1 cup sugar use 2 tbsp in pastry
2 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
canned peach halves (9 halves total)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 400 degrees

Drain canned peaches
In a large bowel combine flour, baking powder, salt,
and the 2 tbsp sugar with 1/2 cup butter. press into bottom and sides of 8" square pan.
Place peaches 3 in a row over pastry.
mix together rest of sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over peaches
Bake for 15 mins.
mix egg yolks with sour cream spread over peaches
cook for 30 mins more.

Mom made this sometimes for Sunday dessert. The corners are the best part. So it was good that there were 4 corners to a pan and she had 4 kids
