1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 can red kidney beans (15 oz)
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 T. Worchestershire Sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can cream corn
6 corn tortillas
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in large skillet.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
Cook and stir 3 minutes.
Put 1 tortilla in round 2 qt casserole and top with 1 c. sauce mixture.
Top with another tortilla, then 1 c. sauce.
Continue until all tortillas are used.
Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered 350º for 30 minutes.
Serves 6-8
