Ingredients:  
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 cup (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 clove garlic, minced
chopped tomato
sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except tomato & onions. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle w/tomato and onions. Optional: garnish with flowering chive & strips of green onion. Serve with crackers.
