1 (8 ounce) can Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
1 tablespoon Onion, Finely Minced
4 ounces Cream Cheese, Softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Mix cream cheese and onion; shape cream cheese mixture into a log and refrigerate until firm. Cut cheese into small cubes. Separate biscuits and cut into 2 even pieces. Put small cubes of cheese on each biscuit. Press dough around to enclose cheese. Bake on greased cookie sheet 15 minutes or until brown.
