1/2 Whole Chicken per person
For Each Half:
Garlic Sprinkle or Garlic Powder
2 T Margarine
1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Barbecue Sauce:
3/4 C Ketchup
2 T Spicy Hot or Ground Mustard
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Molasses or Brown Sugar to taste

Remove innards from whole chickens. Cut in half lengthwise from neck to tail cutting along side of center bone. Wash and dry halves. Sprinkle with garlic and let sit at room temperature 20 mins. Melt margarine then stir in seasonings. Spray gas grill with cooking spray or oil grill. Heat grill on med heat. When hot, lay chicken halves skin side down on grill. Brown on both sides turning often. Reduce grill heat to low and place chicken halves on side with no flame. Heat at 300 degrees for 90 more minutes brushing with melted margarine mixture and turning every 20 minutes. Serve with zucchini and noodles.
