2 lbs. lean stew meat
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can beef broth
1/2 cup ketchup
carrots
celery
potatoes
1 large onion
basil, bay leaves, salt and pepper

Cut up about one cup each of the vegetables. Mix everything and place in a covered casserole or roasting pan. Roast at 275 degrees for 5 hours without peeking.
