1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
2 3/4 -3 c. flour
2 tbsp. orange rind (grated)
3/4 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast. Stir in 1/4 c. sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream and 6 tbsp. butter. Gradually add flour to form stiff dough. Cover and rise 2 hours.(Coconut Filling: Combine 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. coconut, and orange rind.) Knead dough 15 times. Divide in half. Roll into 2 circles, brush with butter, sprinkle 1/2 coconut mixture make into 12 wedges, roll up. Glaze: 1/4 c. butter, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. sour cream, 2 tbsp. orange juice and boil for 3 minutes and pour over rolls that are already placed in pan. Bake on 350º for 25-30 minutes. Let stand a few hours before serving to set in glaze.
