Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1/3 c. Canned Evaporated Milk
3/4 c. Butter, melted
1/2 c. Canned Evaporated Milk
1 c. chopped Pecans
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Kraft Caramels (55)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9x13 pan. Combine caramels and 1/2 c. milk and melt in microwave. Set aside.
Mix cake mix with melted butter, 1/3 c. milk and nuts. Divide in half. Spread half in the bottom of the 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over hot cake. Pour caramel mixture over chocolate chips. Then put the other half of the cake mixture on top. Return to oven and bake for 15-18 minutes longer. Cool. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or over night.

*The cake mixture will be very stiff, so it is easier to pat out the mixture onto wax paper then just flip it over on top of the caramel.
