White cake mix
3 egg whites
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/3 c. skim milk
2 cans (4 oz.) coconut
1 tub cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together in cake mix. Bake on 350º for 20-25 minutes. Then poke holes while cake is still warm. Pour one can of coconut over cake. Once the cake has cooled frost whip tub of whipped topping. Refrigerate immediately for 6 hours.
