1 lb. pecans
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg white

Directions:

Whip egg whites, add pecans (get them all wet).
Mix dry ingredients and add to pecans. Butter a cookie sheet.

Bake 200º for 1 hour. Move around every 15 minutes.
