1/2 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 C. sugar, divided
2 T. chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 C. skimmed milk
1/8 tsp. butter flavoring
2 C. sliced fresh peaches
2/3 C. unsweetened white grape juice
1/4 tsp. apple pie spice

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and 2 T. sugar, pecans, stir well. Stir in milk and butter flavoring; set aside. Combine peaches, juice, 2 T. sugar and spice in saucepan; stir well. Bring to boil. Drop 1/4 of batter at a time into boiling peach mixture. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until dumplings are done.
