1/2 tsp oil
2 cups toasted whole or sliced almonds

Melt chocolate with oil. Add almonds and spread on wax or parchment paper. Cool and break into pieces. Store in containers

A nice variation is a cup of dried cranberries and pistachios instead of almonds. Makes a pretty contrast with the red and green mixed with the white chocolate.
