6 sliced apples
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp minute tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Bring apples and sugar to a boil then simmer for a few minutes. Add the 2 tsp tapioca.

Cool and freeze in a pie plate for your size pie for later use or place in a pie shell add cinnamon and bake as usual.

This is a good way to use your backyard apples in the fall. Flavor is good.
