2 cups sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
6 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water
food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars; add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients; add to mixture. Beat till blended. Chill. Roll; cut with holiday cutters. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients well.
