Refrigerated Pastry Crust
3 cups milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Few gratings of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Roll the pastry and place in the pie dish. Be sure it is flat to the side so there are no air bubbles beneath. Place in refrigerator for one hour.

Scald the milk.

Beat eggs slightly.

Add sugar, salt and vanilla.

Add the scalded milk and pour mixture into the chilled 9" pie crust.

Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Bake slowly in the oven until firm.
