1 head of cabbage
ground beef
instant rice
1 stick of butter
1 onion chopped
salt and pepper
1 large can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a big pot of water to a boil..Stick a fork in the core of the cabbage..Peel leaves away as they get soft and pliable..
cook rice with stick of butter and salt and pepper..
let cool, add ground beef and onions...Mix together
take a cabbage leave and put a good amount of the beef mixture in the center roll the leaves and place them in a large pan..When all leaves are stuffed add 1 can of tomato sauce with 1 can of water...Bake at 350º about 1 1/2 to 2 hours
