4 cups cauliflowerettes
1 1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and halved
2/3 cups mayo
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. Ranch salad dressing mix (powder)
1 cup thinly sliced radishes

Directions:

Add all the ingredients together except radishes. Refrigerate. Add radishes just before serving (or they will get soft)

Warning: This goes soggy after a day or two so if you like your salads crunchy, eat it fast.
